Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times are included in the price.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 8-10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2. business days. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to India. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please contact us at hello@undecided.life
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Issues
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as delays or lost packages, please contact us at hello@undecided.life and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship within India, to the US, Canada UK, and EU. If your location is not listed, please contact us for assistance.
Estimated delivery time is 20 business days.
Shipping costs of INR 1700 / USD 20 will be added to every international order. You will see the total shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
Free international shipping for all order over USD 100.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Return Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that some items may be final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns: Items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging, to be eligible for a return.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- International Returns & Exchanges: Shipping charges of any international returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the initial shipping cost. Contact us at hello@undecided.life if you have a unique case.
2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Request a Return: Contact us at hello@undecided.life to request a return authorization. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Package: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include the return authorization and a copy of your receipt.
- Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in the return authorization email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 20–30 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized for you.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@undecided.life with photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will offer a replacement or refund.
